"Appalling service, will never use again"
"The taxi we booked did not arrive at all. We waited 10 minutes and then phoned. Then phoned again. The replacement taxi was a lovely man and he apologised profusely on your behalf. It was 30 minutes later than booked.
This made us nearly miss our train out of St Pancras to Amsterdam, which would have ruined a meeting and wasted at least a day.
The taxi journey we booked would have been around 7 minutes from our house in Park Street to Radlett.
A taxi service that does not arrive at all, causing great worry and possible financial implications, is not good.
