I had to insist and to explain that this was unacceptable and that I would in consequence miss my flight; the person at the company then took ten minutes to find a solution, and I had a car fifteen minutes after that. I got my flight in the end, and there was no major harm done... but this was a very stressful experience, and it puts into question the reliability of the company."

I booked a service through and app. I tried to call the company in the number advertised on the confirmation but despite being first on the queue I was just left on hold so eventuallty I put the phone down. Dreadful service!!!"

"Overall, unfortunately, the experience was not very good. The driver was friendly, but he was about 15 minutes late. He did phone to ask where we were, but at that point was still about 20 minutes away. The vehicle was not up to standard. It was very old and the windows and doors did not seal properly so it was 'drafty' to put it mildly and in addition there was a complete absence of heating. We had to take out warm clothes from our suitcases to keep ourselves warm. Frankly, it was unacceptable. When booking, the site recommends an upgrade for an added £13, but we don't see why customers should pay this to get a journey of a reasonably acceptable standard. We are minded to use the service again, but would hope that the vehicles in this price category are suitable and fit for the purpose of service customer pay for. Thank you."
