"Shahid was early which stopped me panicking as I took his taxi from Somerset to Heathrow for a repatriation flight. We both wore masks and I sat in the back while he smoothly and competently drove me to the airport where I was a bit early which was also a relief as it saved any further jitters. Shahid was polite and helpful. It was a pleasure paying more for a taxi than the numerous suggested connections that I would have had to make on public transport which would have been onerous in the extreme. Thank you Shahid."
